    “Maonah” Association for Human Rights and Immigration has launched an electronic copy of its annual report, the fourth on the state of human rights in Yemen in 2013, where the report included delicate and distinctive monitoring and documenting to the most prominent crimes and systematic grave breaches to human rights and international humanitarian law that took place in Yemen since the beginning of 2013 until the end of the year.
