The Maonah Association for Human Rights and Migration Condemned and denounced in a press release issued today Sunday 29 / July / 2012 the crime of terrorist atrocities committed by al-Qaeda on Saturday and claimed the life of the martyr child Ali Majid AlDhab when a bomb exploded inside the house of his father Sheikh Majid Ali AlDhab and led to the death of his son, the child aged 12 years and causing harm at home and terrorizing women and children living at home, in a terrorist incident that is the most hideous in terms of the means of planning and implementation by this terrorist organization that continues to commit crimes against the people of Yemen without interruption and most recently this ugly crime, one of the worst terrorist crimes against humanity and genocide against innocent children, innocent people, and under local and international and regional incomprehensible and unjustified neglect ... The " Maonah " said in its statement: Since al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula is a terrorist organization worldwide and is considered a global threat, it does not threaten the security and stability and the unity of Yemen only, but it threatens international and regional peace and security, and therefore it is obligatory upon the international community to agree on new and effective mechanism of legal and judicial international joint anti-terrorism, and to form a true translation of the international partnership in the fight against terrorism, to ensure no impunity for the elements of terrorism and those who stand behind them with a fair trial, and the Association suggests that the first steps of such a mechanism is to issue an international resolution of the Security Council of the United Nations to form a special international criminal tribunal for crimes of terrorism in Yemen. In conclusion, the Association statement made its condolences to Sheikh Majid AlDhab and all his family members in this great loss, and appeals to the official Yemeni authorities to speed the investigation of this crime and detection of who is standing behind it and catching the perpetrators and instigators and bring them to justice, and appeals to all the human rights organizations to condemn this heinous crime and all crimes of violence and terrorism committed by the terrorist elements in Yemen, also called on everyone to support the efforts of the Association in its People's campaign that aims to form a special international criminal tribunal for crimes of terrorism in Yemen, as the best real translation of the international partnership in the fight against terrorism in Yemen and around the world and the prosecution of its symbols and leaders, and to ensure that the elements of terrorism and those who stand behind them do not escape with impunity.
