Considering it a terrorist genocide on Yemeni civilians outside the framework of the law and violation on the sovereignty of Yemen...... Maonah Association for Human Rights strongly condemns the massacre that killed 13 Yemeni citizens in the city of Rada in central Yemen by U.S. Yemeni joint aerial bombardment, and demanded to open an international investigation into this crime and all previous crimes of terrorism in Yemen.
Maonah Association Condemned and denounced in a press release issued today: The massacre killed 13 Yemeni citizen , unarmed civilians, children and women in Rada city in central Yemen by aerial bombardment that was carried out by U.S. and Yemeni aircraft yesterday afternoon 2 | 9 | 2012 under their campaign known counter-terrorism, so that was kill those innocent people and civilians in the way of security, and outside the framework of any law and without being brought before any judicial authority, which is an international terrorism crime "and executed outside the context of the law," and therefore Governments America and Yemen bears the legal and ethical responsibility, not to mention that it is a crime flagrant violation of the sovereignty of Yemen and violation of international law.
Where the Association considered the massacre that killed 13 Yemeni citizen in Rada city in central Yemen by U.S. Yemeni joint aerial bombardment as a flagrant violation of the Government of the United States and its partners for all agreements and international covenants on human rights and genocide "against humanity" from which America devotes the culture of terrorism and force and violence and the law of the jungle and the violation of the sovereignty of States and provide more justification for the spread of a culture of hatred, extremism and terrorism, as reflecting negatively on the efforts of peace, and the Yemeni coexistence and increases and creates feelings of hatred and hostility towards the West in general.
The association said in its statement: It is so far shocked by the silent negative attitude for parties and national forces of Yemen, which did not condemn until this moment this massacre that led to the deaths of 13 Yemeni citizen, killed by American and Yemen governments outside the law and a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of Yemen and unlike previous positions to those parties in past crimes before the arrival of these parties to power, which is considered evidence of a partnership and the complicity and approval of these parties with the United States and its partners in the commission of this heinous crime.
And the Association concluded its statement by asking all political parties and human rights organizations of Yemen and the international community to condemn and denounce this heinous terrorist crime and to open a judicial investigation of an international prosecution and bring them to justice, as the American and Yemen governments and all Yemeni parties partner in the Yemeni government bear the responsibility and the results of this massacre for being a crime, " mass execution of innocent and defenseless civilians were outside the context of the law, "
