Maonah Association condemned and denounced in a press release issued today what it described as the heinous terrorist crime committed by the terrorist forces that belong to al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula on 4 | 8 | 2012 in the center of the city of Jaar, South Yemen and killed 45 Yemeni citizen and injured dozens of innocent civilians and that during their stay to attend a funeral for one of the families in the city of Jaar. The Association said in a statement this evening, Monday, 6 August / 2012,that this incident is the most hideous in terms of the type of civilian casualties and means of planning and implementation of this terrorist organization that continues to commit crimes against the people of Yemen non-stop and most recently this heinous crime, one of the ugliest terrorist acts crimes against humanity and genocide against innocent civilians, innocent people, which its commission is repeated in the center of an incomprehensible and unjustified local and international droopy position... while such acts of terrorism, which claim the lives of dozens of innocent victims of unarmed civilians is one of the worst genocide of the human race and condemned by the international community and criminalized at all national laws and international conventions and agreements at any place in the world except in Yemen. The "Maonah" said in its statement: Since al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula is a worldwide terrorist organization and is considered a global threat does not threaten security, stability and security and unity of Yemen only, but it threatens international peace and security, and therefore it is obligatory upon the international community to speed the agreement on the establishment of a legal international judicial mechanism, a new and effective joint anti-terrorism, to guarantee that the instigators are brought to international justice, and to form a true translation of the international partnership in the fight against terrorism, to ensure that impunity of the elements of terrorism and those who stand behind them of a fair trial and punishment. The Association concluded its statement by providing condolences to the families of the victims of this terrorist incident calamity, it also called on everyone to support the efforts of the Association’s persistent efforts in its campaign to pressure the international community to speed the formation of a special international criminal tribunal for crimes of terrorism in Yemen and the prosecution of its symbols and leaders, and to ensure no impunity for the elements of terrorism and those who stand behind them from punishment, the Association also reiterated its appeal to the UN to save Yemen from the disease of terrorism which threaten daily through rapid establishment of special international criminal tribunal for crimes of terrorism in Yemen, which could contribute to the trial of the elements of terrorism and those who stand behind them and according to international law and the national laws, especially after the Yemeni judiciary deficit to do the job now.
